Hey everyone!

I have exciting news. A few friends of mine have been working on an AMAZING app for over a year now, and it is finally done and officially launched! The app is called Slync. It’s super unique and fun, and exclusive to the Seattle area to date, but will soon be expanding globally:)

My first thoughts when playing around with it was that its like Pinterest, only it provides you with prices and locations and store/boutique locations and names so if you see what you like, you can actually go out and get it!

A few cool features:

Discovery Mode
– Slync shows you what people are buying around you based on your location.
– You can search for something (e.g. “makeup) and all of the closest makeup items will appear in the feed.
– You get the picture, price, location and hashtags of the item.
– You’ll be able to walk into a store, pull up the app and see what the most popular items are.

My Feed Mode
– You can share your purchases in your feed.
– Take a picture, upload it onto Slync, add hashtags and add the price.
– Your location is automatically pulled up
– You have the option to make your post public or private
– Why would you make it private? If you want to keep track of what you post privately.

– Instead of likes, or shares, Slync lets you “thank” others.
– You can see how many thank you’s you have collected over time
– “Double tap” to thank someone

The “1K Users”
– These are the first 1,000 users
– They were the early adapters
– Their accounts are eminent with the “1K” symbol and various distinct privileges.

If you are in the Seattle area, definitely go and check it out at the App store.

Have fun 🙂

Love and kisses,

Miss Viktoriya

First Impression: L’Oreal Magic Nude Liquid Powder #MagicNude

Hello lovely people!

Its been a few weeks since I posted, and I am overwhelmed by all the concerned and sweet messages and tweets I have received from all of you! I was really touched and am so glad that I have such support for my blog ❤ Thank you all! Sending out a big hug to all of you 🙂

Its been a busy few weeks transferring from Summer to Fall- college, work, social life, events, and I was dreadfullly sick for over a week, but I finally am getting into the flow of things so will be posting more regularly 🙂

Anyway today I wanted to introduce you to a product that I have been eyeing for several weeks now. L’Oréal Paris Magic Nude Liquid Powder Makeup. I first saw an advertisment for it in a magazine, and was very intrigued, and I finally got the chance to try it!

It’s a foundation that transforms from liquid to powder for flawless skin.

Here is my before photo- bare skin.

And here is the after photo, after applying the foundation.

I love the coverage it gives me- natural but covers my flaws but feels lightweight! It applies smoothly into the skin and turns into powder, which is very cool and different from anything I’ve ever tried!

It also has SPF 18, which is great because it gives me the protection I want.

I used 318 Natural Buff which matched my skin perfectly!

It retails for $12.99 and comes in 12 shades.

I received this complimentary product from SheSpeaks/L’Oréal Paris.

Overall, I absolutely love it and have been recommending it for all my clients and they have been loving it as well!

Oh also if you aren’t yet, follow me on Twitter and Instagram.

Love and kisses,

Miss M

The big day <3

This weekend was my best friend and cousins wedding. It was one of the most emotional, exciting, and beautiful weddings that I got to be a part of.

My lovely cousin, friend and client of the day and I 🙂 you can’t tell but we’ve been tearing up all day prior to this. 🙂

Lovely bridesmaids.

Bride and maid of honor 🙂

Our group 🙂

Sorry for lack of quality in some of the photos 🙂 hope you were able to get a glimpse of this magical day!

Love and kisses,

My best friends wedding❤

So there’s this girl that I met when I was 8. It all started with me giving her some skittles. From that moment we were inseparable. That girl is my best friend.
We have been friends ever since, now over 10 years.

And I’m sad but at the same time happy to say she is getting married and moving overseas:( 🙂 😦 🙂 😦

I would of never in a million years have thought that our paths would take 2 different courses. We always planned to get married to two handsome friends and live in the same neighborhood and have each other over for dinner and have babies together so they can play together and take vacations together and grow old together.

But everything happens for a reason and I hope that one day we will be reunited!

Anyway, this week she and her sister came over for a bridal and maid of honor trial.

Here’s the gorgeous maid of honor before/after:

And the glowing bride before/after:

Some of you have been asking what makeup I use. I use Laura Mercier Silk Creme Foundation, Bare Minerals pressed powder, Naked Palette eyeshadows and MUFE lipstick and liner.

Email me for bookings or inquiries! 🙂

Wedding makeup❤

This past weekend I had the privilege to work with some beautiful ladies for a bridal party here in Seattle.

The longer I work as a makeup artist, the more I realize how much I love it and I am hoping that one day it can become a full time business for me 🙂

I get to play with makeup all day and hang out with super pretty girls who make my job easy because they are stunning already! Sigh… oh the life of a makeup artist 🙂

Here are some shots of before and afters:

I might be a little biased since I am Ukrainian, but Ukrainian girls are so beautiful! But of course every ethnicity has its own unique beauty 🙂

If you are in the Seattle area and are looking for a makeup artist, feel free to contact me through my business email-

Well I hope you all have a lovely Wednesday- it’s almost Friday and that means the weekend!!

Love and kisses,

Miss M

Hey loves!

I have had an incredibly crazy week, from working like crazy, working on clients for their weddings and engagements, and on top of it all, college!
Now that the craziness has passed, I finally has time to blog 🙂

I also wanted to show the beautiful ladies I had the privilege of doing their makeup/ hair this past week.

They made my work easy, because they were so naturally beautiful to begin with!:)
If you would like to see more of my work, check out my Facebook Page or Instagram and Twitter, I post there daily:)

Have a lovely rest of the week!
Love and kisses,

Mía Mariú Cosmetics

Hey everyone!

So I had the opportunity to try out another new cosmetics line, Mía Mariú.

Mía Mariú is a Dallas based health and beauty line of natural health and beauty products.
You can check out the website here
I was sent a Hydrating Stick Gloss in Beso and a Perfect Blending Brush.

The Hydrating Stick Gloss in Beso is a lovely light candy pink color, reminding me of a Barbie 🙂

My impression on this brand was a good one. I was very pleased with how moisturizing and long lasting the stick gloss was, as well as with the color. The brush was alright, I would probably spend my money on a little more expensive but better quality brush.

If you are looking for a quality brand, definitely check this one out!

Also, if you have a twitter or Instagram, connect with me! I find it so much easier and convenient to reply to comments and questions on there! 🙂

Hey everyone!

I had the privilege to have some stunning ladies come over before the new year and got to play around with their hair and makeup.

I am excited to say that I am now taking clients for hair and makeup! I feel really good about this, it is something I have always wanted, and I feel like this 2013 year is going to be my year! 🙂
